Excuse me Bill but, tattoos and piercings are not what make a human being unemployable. Its their character, work ethic, and motivation. I work with the most successful people who are tattooed and pierced. I am one of them. How about them apples? Sorry to shatter that Bill. I still love your pudding pops. Other than that...I agree. Im tired. I work harder than most because when a job needs to get done...I boot strap because I have common sense to do so. My personal business pet peeves over my 17 years of experience working? People who feel entitled [their arrogance disgusts me], the ignorance of people who do not understand universal protocol [there are industry standards...if you know the job so well this shouldnt be an issue...its called protocol], immaturity [ask anyone who KNOWS me, Im VERY passionate about what I do and take it very seriously. Do not test me. Ill be your worst nightmare] people who dont do their job [ if I can do your job as well as my job give me your paycheck...I picked up your slack], people who dont take accountability [fill in the blank], people who take others credit [in the end we all know who did the work], people telling me my job [good luck buddy], poor attitudes [trust and believe...I know from personal experience. Do not bite the band that feeds.]...those who are unable to communicate, articulate and follow through etc. [Im sure my long list has the same resonable gripes as others] Ive learned it takes a team. [Whether is be affiliates or co-workers.] We are limited as one, but not when we join forces and have many. Thats commUNITY with the means to rise above. Unless your a robot or a super hero...lol. [My two cents]
