Excuse me a minute while I gush. But I have to say that I am likely the luckiest and most blessed person in all of KW! I am SURROUNDED by amazing!!! May I start with our Market Center Administrator (to the rest of the World hes our CFO) Mike Weiman. I inherited Mike when we bought this then crippled franchise almost 3 years ago. Not only is he the best I know at guiding us with our numbers and finances but he is the greatest servant leader that I have ever known. He gives everything 200% and he is the heartbeat of our office. He is one of my closest friends and dearest confidants. My life is so much richer in every way due to him! Next is our Team Leader Caryn Prall. She is one of the funniest but most genuine people I know. She cares passionately about our agents and their success. She brings a ray of sunshine into our world every day and is intelligent and talented when it comes to helping agents grow their business and enhance their lives. As the CEO of our office, she is a major reason we have so many outstounding people who want to be associated with our office. Sue Vencill is one of our newest staff members and has likely had the greatest impact in the shortest time. She coaches our agents and what she has done to increase their volume and productivityy is just short of miraculous. I dont know anyone as committed to the success of the people she coaches as Sue, and she has a heart for seeing people achieve things they never thought they could. Kristen Kudrna Freiboth is an awesome Employing Broker and is always there to lend a hand or offer wise counsel to our agents. She is steady and stable and is just the person you want in time of need. Susie Spahn June is a breath of fresh air as she takes care of our agents and is the first person to offer a huge smile or a warm hug when they walk in the door. Cindy Buller has been a Godsend to so many of our agents as our in-house Transaction Coordinator. She has been able to leverage a large percentage of our agents by providing accurate and reliable service behind the scenes so they can give the same service on the front lines to their clients. Matt Schulze is tireless when it comes to teaching our agents how to effectively use the ever changing technology of today as well as is on staff and ready to help when someone is a having a technical difficulty. He does it all with a gracious attitude and a smile. Lastly we have some of the best, most talented, generous, caring and professional sales associates or Realtors in all of Colorado...LITERALLY! We have some of the highest producing agents in the sate. Our agents are highly motivated to give the best service possible. They are committed to learning at the highest levels. They do what other agents simply are not interested in doing to go the extra mile in all they do. They embrace a culture of caring and cheering each other on like no other workplace I have ever seen. Now you wonder why or business is growing like wild fire and our numbers are blowing away the competition? Its because of our team!! Plain and simple. I get the privilege of leading this group, and they make my job easy and wonderful and I have the honor of watching AMAZING unfold right before my eyes!!
