Supply Nation has now entered its second round of funding by the Australian Government Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations following successful completion of the initial 3 year pilot. POSITION SUMMARY You will provide assistance and support primarily to the CEO in meeting Supply Nation’s strategic goals and vision. As part of the Supply Nation team you ensure the provision of high quality customer service, and develop and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders, both internal and external. Key selection criteria • Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining strong working relationships, whilst displaying a commitment to excellent customer service • Demonstrated experience in diary management, coordination of travel arrangements, screening phone calls, emails and meeting requests • Ability to manage and prioritise workloads within tight timeframes • High level administrative skills including the ability to prepare reports, maintain filing systems, business letters and general correspondence • Demonstrated ability to work both in a team environment and independently, displaying a high level of tact, people skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft applications Desirable • Experience working in an Indigenous environment HOW TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION: Submit your CV and application by email to [email protected] by COB on Friday 5 July 2013.
