Executive Director Recruitment The Executive Director is responsible for the day to day operation of Ventura County Jewish Family Service. This includes supervision of the Counseling clinics, the Legal Clinic, the social service activities and the services to the Jewish Community. This includes supervision of the staff, payroll and budget as well as all business operations. The Director is expected to collaborate with both the Jewish community and the social service community in Ventura County. The Director is responsible for grant writing, fundraising, and donor relations. The Director should be prepared to work with a Non-profit Board and to actively develop the agency. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of a B.A degree and 5 years experience in the field. This is a half time position (20 hours per week). Salary DOE.
