Executive HR Cambodia Our company needs urgently #Accounting #Manager who can handle accounting department well. Here the job description and requirement: JOB RESPOSIBILITY: Weekly cash Flow Forecast Ensure AP paid on timely manner & AR collected promptly Develop the direct reports Ensure all accounts are reconciled and property closed Maintain the chart of account Maintain an orderly accounting filing system Engage in ongoing cost reduction analyses in all areas of the company Issue timely and complete financial statements Coordinate the provision of information to external auditors for the annual audit Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants Comply with government reporting requirements Provide for a system of management cost reports Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations Initiate the internal control to minimize risk Performance other tasks provided by management. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree in accounting, finance or banking or related fields 3 years’ experiences in any field of Accounting management Working Capital management Analytical thinking, problem solving, and effective communication Knowledge of accounting software (Peachtree) & Advance excel A highly self-motivated, committed and honest individual; good communication and facilitation skills Self starter, team player, high responsible, and patient Dynamic, friendly, and good interpersonal skill Benefit: We provide excellent competitive package benefit to all success candidates.
