Executive Order New Jersey EXECUTIVE ORDER #3 -- EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY -- (AKA Executive Order “New Jersey”) - - - - - - - VAN NUYS NEIGHBORHOOD COUNCIL PRESIDENT GEORGE CHRISTOPHER THOMAS IS OFFICIALLY APPOINTING COUNCILMAN DEREK WALEKO AS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AD-HOC COMMITTEE ON FIRE STATION #39 By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, as well as the official bylaws of the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council, I hereby officially appoint Councilman Derek Waleko the Chairman of the Ad-Hoc Committee on Fire Station #39. I, GEORGE CHRISTOPHER THOMAS, President of the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council, hereby order: 1. That Mr. Derek Waleko is the new Chairman of the VNNC Ad-Hoc Committee on Fire Station #39. 2. That this committee shall meet to address the concerns of our Van Nuys constituents and the relocation of Fire Station #39. 3. That all decisions, opinions, reflections, and ideas for a new location for the fire station be reported back to the Van Nuys Neighborhood Council on a regular basis. (vnnc.org)
