Executive Secretary Industry: Holding Real Estate company Location: Nasr City Gender: Female Responsibilities : - Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Top Management. - Provide administrative support to all departments. - Answer phone calls and greeting the visitors. - Prepare, filling and distribute correspondence which including faxes and email. - Organizing office maintenance and repair work. - Maintains confidentiality of documents and information received. - Design and ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date.
