The property is part of an Asian luxury chain. It boosts over 300 rooms & suites, offers a few restaurants, bars and a luxury Spa. The right candidate should have solid background from leading, 5* international hotels/resorts. Asia and/or China working experience is of big advantage. This would perfectly suit a young Chef de Cuisine or Sous Chef ready for the next move up.
