Exercise Tip Elevated Lunges These are awesome for improving your hip mobility as well as smashing your quads (thighs). You only need a small step, im using a 4 inch box here. Place your front foot on the box, now unlike a normal lunge the aim of this exercise is to get your butt as close to your heel as you can. Let your front knee travel forward (yes my knee goes past my toes, no, it is not bad for your knees) and sink into the bottom of the lunge. Apply pressure through your front leg to push yourself back up to the starting position without locking out your knee at the top. Try adding these to your leg workout and let us know how they feel. Shoot for 6-8 reps each leg for 3 - 4 sets and see how you go. The sets and reps will be different based on your goals. holeshotpt
