Exercise of the Month!!! These bad boys are in the Deadlift Program of some of my clients this month, and I have tell you, these will leave you feeling the pain of glute and adductor activation for days! :P Keys: 1) Upper body stays upright from start to finish 2) Use an elevated platform like two benches or steps that will allow you to drop the weight below foot level, giving you a deeper range of motion at the bottom 3) As you go down keep the glutes contracted and keep the hips as open as flexibility permits, by pushing hips forward 4) Keep the knees pushing back over the feet, especially as you push up out of the bottom 5) Strong core, and dont let the shoulders roll forwards
