Exercise of the day: Plyometric push ups! Using two steps on either side perform a narrow push up on the inside of the step exploding onto the top of the step allowing your chest to go bellow the parallel. You can do this at the end of your chest session as a finisher. Ladies can also do this exercise on their knees if need be :) I like to keep my body inside the steps to perform strict narrow pushups!
