Exercise of the day @TaniaAmthor: Lateral Skipping w/Side Lunge. (Halloween class) Cardio & strength combination working the muscles of the Inner/Outer Thighs, Glutes, Hamstrings, Quads and Core. Combine with your Leg Day Workout. 6-15 on each side, 2-6 rounds. Be sure to sit way back into your heel of the bent knee, and dont let your knee go past the toe on that leg. Get your hips down low, and keep your core in. Keep one hand on though to support lower back.
