Exercise of the day the high octane training Wall walk with the Mass Suit and O2 Trainer. Start with a full extension of a handstand against the wall. Walk your hands shoulder width apart(basic) slowly forward, keep your spine neutral, legs straight, walk out until you are completely horizontal, hold the plank position, makesure your back is straight and you are protracting your shoulder blades, hollow chest, press up using more Trapezius than shoulder or lats, tense your core and legs at all times, now walk back up the wall, repeat for 30 secs to begin with then advance to 1 minute in a 30 min circuit, do not sacrifice your form for quantity, you want quality!!!!
