Exercise of the week ****Dragon Flags**** Dragon flags are an old Bruce Lee favorite which target the core muscles, but also can be quite taxing on the lats, triceps and forearms, depending on how you hold the bench. This is my first time attempting this exercise and thought id grab the chance to snap a video. My form is slightly off, as my torso and legs should remain in alignment throughout the exercise. I will be working on this exercise over the following weeks ahead an will post an updated video of correct form!
