Exercise of the week! The Super Curl Not only does it build biceps but it acts as a loaded mobility movement for the shoulders! Start with your shoulders internally rotated as much as possible, externally rotate shoulders, squeeze scapula back, curl dumbbells up and press above the head. Return in the opposite direction with control. Complete in your movement prep if you battle with shoulder stiffness with a light weight. Alternatively complete at the end of your workout with heavy weights for sets and reps as normal.
