Push your ass out, flexing feet until hips are getting to be parallel to the floor. Get up on your toes and stay in this position for a few seconds or jump on the peaks when you come back to the starting position. Perform 3 sets of 10 exercises. Tip: To keep your balance while you are on your toes, tighten your abdominal muscles.
