We are looking for an marketing and Operations Coordinator to assist in the lead up to the event to be held 1- 4 September 2013 at the Overseas Passenger Terminal Circular Quay Key activities will concentrate on the implementation and maintenance of social media strategies and assistance in the coordination of the event including delegate appointment schedules; touring and travel arrangements for interstate and international buyers; coordination of exhibitor requirements and other general office duties The Person * Professional manner. * Outstanding oral and written skills. * Creative * Determination to succeed through hard work. * Ability to communicate effectively with people across many different industries and levels of seniority. * Commitment to offering good customer service * Strong team player. * Flexible. * Highly organised. * A high level of self-motivation and the ability to meet demanding targets within tight deadlines. * Proficiency in social media networks * Proficiency in Excel, Word and Outlook. * Knowledge of Sugar or CRM software.
