Exhilarating! Just Exhilarating! Pedaled my heart out to the trails, flew up and down the hills and took the curves as fast as I dared. I inhaled the crisp fall air and enjoyed the crackle of the fall leaves beneath my tires only to look up at the trees and see the last vestige of fall clinging to their limbs with a bright ray of sunshine to kiss them and my thoughts were of Miss Mary Miller and her family as her journey begins down a new path. I have only known this woman a short time but her impact on me has been great. Her positivity alone is so refreshing! but it is her dignity and courage to make choices for her health that most would shun and the guts to take charge of her healthcare and life and how she stood for what she believed was best for her. I cherish the messages thanking me for inspiration and each time marveled at them because it is she who has been a great inspiration to me to embrace life and believe in myself and my beliefs. I wish you peace on your journey.
