Existing tax laws say Gora shall pay no tax, Indians must pay all taxes. One reason why such laws exist is because RSS workers, Bharat Swabhiman Trust workers etc insist on slogan shouting, and notgathering passing information on law-drafts !! Since 2009, I have been asking Bharat Swabhiman Trust workers as well as RSS-workers to inform all citizens of India that (1) existing tax laws impose near zero tax on foreign companies while while Indian companies have to pay all the taxes. With such tax laws, no Indian company will survive. (2) BJP-leaders, Congress-leaders and now AK-420 have supported these tax laws. But RSS-workers and BST-workers said we want to confine to slogan shouting, member making, mask wearing etc etc, and hell with informing voters about these law-drafts and solutions !!! Net effect is ---- with all likelihood, these tax law is going to stay for next 5 years. Solution is not easy. It is hard to convince slogan shouters to read , understand and act for changing tax laws or any laws. And as long as activists insist on ignoring law-drafts and confine to slogan shouting, I see no way to get rid of such bad tax laws
