Exodus 23:3 [Do not] be partial to a poor man in his [legal] dispute. Leviticus 19:15 ‘You shall do no injustice in judgment; you shall not be partial to the poor nor defer to the great, but you are to judge your neighbor fairly. IS it clear that God has told government that it is not to show partiality to anyone because of their material state of affairs? YET many Christians believe the Bible directs the government to coerce redistribution of wealth out of the hands of those who labored for it into the hands of those who did not..
