Expect Delays of you travel on Portland Street.....– Halifax Water crews are on-site repairing a water main break at the intersection of Portland St. and Baker Dr. The two outbound lanes of Portland St. near Baker Dr. are closed. The left hand turn lane of Baker Dr. is closed. The left hand inbound turn lane of Portland St. onto Baker Dr. is closed. Motorists should expect delays. Motorists are asked to proceed carefully through the work zone. Motorists are also reminded that speed fines double in work zones.
