Expedia has demonstrated the inability to take care of their customers. Brittany in customer service knew there was a problem with our flight, but just couldnt fix it. After several calls working to confirm our flight they failed to book it with the airlines. It took 6 or more calls yesterday to get it confirmed only to find they didnt do it again. Then they gave us the run around today to get our money back. We wasted time and money only to have to book it ourselves. Expedia has kept us on hold for 30 min or more each time we call and calls get dropped frequently. I am so disappointed in their professionalism I wanted to warn you. Even if the cost is lower they caused us to lose a ton of time and money calling them.
