Expedited CPLs For DV Victims: In the great state of KY, domestic violence victims can get a CPL in one business day. They will have 45 days to get the required training for the carry license or else it will expire. This is, in my opinion, some awesome legislation. We should enact this law in Michigan. If you press me, I will confess that we should get rid of CPLs altogether and go Constitutional but that is another discussion for another day.
