Prayer is a spiritual science, and a person who has the mystery of prayer can see God’s spiritual realm. The people who deeply enjoyed prayer in the Bible did not fear death for they knew God was with them. Also, they did not resent or make excuses before problems and hardships. The greatest weapon God gave to those who are saved is prayer. How must we enjoy this mystery? 1. Prayer is concentrating on God Prayer is concentrating on God. First and foremost, focus on the Word. It is the best prayer to recite from memory Gospel Scriptures and to meditate on the Word. When we pray holding onto the Word, we come to pray the prayer of giving ourselves to God. If you deeply meditate on the Word for just five minutes a day, you will discover the answers that God gives you. Prayer is the act of holding onto God’s plan and not my plan according to God’s standards and not according to my standards. If you experience the mystery of prayer, you will be able to concentrate during worship. 2. Prayer is changing me with the grace of God Simply pray to discard your thoughts, standards, scars in your heart, and the things that are incorrectly imprinted in you before God. This is possible only through God’s grace. If the grace of God comes upon you, it can completely transform you. That is when you will enjoy the power of God and the filling of the Holy Spirit that enables you to transcend your limitations. 3. Prayer is the way to save the world If you enjoy the mystery of prayer, you can see the future God has prepared. The door to save the world that is filled with the forces of darkness will open. Also, you will be able to perceive the tribulations and hardships that you face as a plan that God has prepared, and you will gain the spiritual strength to transcend the world. When the Early Church members gathered together and prayed, God opened the door to Macedonia and gave them the answer of Rome evangelization. Likewise, when you realize the mystery of prayer, you will receive the answer of saving yourself, your family, church, and the whole world.
