MBA is not mandatory. IT Knowledge Requirement: 1) Knowledge of Computer H/W & S/W 2) Knowledge of Windows XP/7 (Computer Management & Group Policy etc.) 3) Knowledge of SQL Installation and Database backup & restoration process The work does NOT include any development or programming.
