We are looking for a strong Manager to manage the day to day running of the home in Bradford focusing on the care side and Management of the service. The home is ideally located in lovely surroundings and we are keen to find an experienced Manager for this fantastic opportunity. The home is a nursing home so you will need to understand the care regulations relating to nursing homes - management skills within nursing homes paramount. The ideal candidate needs to be an experienced Home Manager with the relevant management qualifications and a track record of managing medium services previously. The emphasis for this role is a strong Manager focused on care, staff management and a new challenge - a dynamic individual who will be hands on in their role as a Home Manager. The home is running well, occupancy nearly full with good outcomes and 5* in gradings with expected positive outcomes with CQC consistency is the key we are seeking a strong candidate to maintain this. This home is part of a small family owned organisation whom are very involved with the running of the home they offer great support and mechanisms in place to enable the Manager to undertake their role successfully.
