Experiencing low motivation to workout the past week or so. I decided it was time to shake up my routine and have some fun with movements I already do, but arrange them in a new way. My right shoulder is weak due to a SLAP lesion so I am cautious of the moves I do. This set was walk up handstands (focusing on shoulder stability, core activation, and balance) down to plank walkouts. Again working on strengthening my shoulder and core. I had fun with this! My new motto: making my weakness, my strengths. Its time to start challenging myself in new creative ways :) #fitgirl #strongisthenewskinny
