Experimentation Along with Experience We have always wondered all our lives, why not try something new and different, and the results have been more than excellent. The basic reason for experimenting is not just to look fancy and attractive but there is a very basic reason for it, and that is The world around us is constantly changing at a rapid pace and if we don’t adapt and improvise accordingly, then we are bound to lag behind. The alternative to experimentation is to follow the old tried and tested methods and use the complexity of the situation to our advantage, that is showing who is the boss and getting the results, in a way we always have a requirement of showing it in the corporate world and it is quite essential to maintain the right sort of composure and Dignity. So it is always reasonable to keep in mind about the requirements of the boss. Again the inevitable truth is that too much experimentation can be disastrous. So the boss in real sense is the requirement of the situation i.e. WHAT DO WE NEED? But without any minimal experimentation everything will crumble and fall down to the ground so fast that in a split second everything is destroyed. If we don’t observe our surroundings and adapt accordingly we are bound to fall down. So a mix of proper old fashion methodology along with the fury of proper experimentation is the key to door called commercial success.
