Explanation of New Buddhism By…Banpote Wetchgama Core teaching of New Buddhism 1. Believe in God the Personal God who gave life to human being as a father and mother. God is the almighty God who made the heaven and the earth. 2. Believe in Jesus Christ the only Son of God who is Personal God. He was conceived by the Holy Spirit. Who is the impersonal God and was born from Mary the virgin woman. He suffered by being crucified until the death of body mind and soul, was buried in a tomb, when Pontius Pilate ruled the kingdom of Judah, He went down to the land of the dead. This means that He went to hell in three days instead of human beings. After that he was raised from the dead on both sides of body, mind and soul. Then he came and sat at the right hand of God, who gives life the Almighty. From there he will come to judge the living and the dead, which means that the person who are still alive and the ones who are dead will be judged by his own actions. 3. Believe in God the Holy Spirit (Impersonal God) who is the Logos, or the Dharma that the Buddha discovered. He has come to dwell with those who believe in him. 4. Believe that there are communities of God which are distributed worldwide. They not the same form, but the same meaning it is in different forms because these communities of God differ in different cultures. But they have the same doctrine. These communities of God who are the saints (saved already by Grace), will share harmony. 5. Believe in the forgiveness that God gives to mankind. This means that all people are the sinners, they have desire (Kilate) lust (Tanhaa) arrogance (Uppatarn) ignorance (Awitcha), they would have met their death, both physical mind and soul, human being owe this death to God. He has come to redeem them in the death of Jesus. 6. Beliefs that the body, mind, and soul that were dead, will be recreated and restored, until it becomes complete life physical, mental and spiritual forever eternally. This is the life into Nirvana when Jesus came back the second time.
