Tell us about Viper Varsity Boys Lacrosse this year and how the team did. After a successful season the year before of making it to the division 2 state semifinals and losing by a goal, we were able to make the jump to division 1, which is the equivalent of going from 3a football to 5a in a season. This year we went 9-7 and qualified for the state playoffs in our first season which is pretty remarkable considering we were starting or playing up to eight sophomores throughout the season. We lost by one goal in overtime to Bowie High School in the first round of the playoffs.
