Extra Extra read all about it !!! 1st up we had the Div 2 mixed v Northcote ...Smashed them ! The team had a couple of its stars back for last nights game ( Brenton & Paige ) while Taus & Nellie ( Nellie playing Div 1 for the night )were absent ....We just kept getting turn over after turnover with every player contributing to the win ...Well done 2s everyone looked relaxed on court while playing great netball... Next up we had Div 1 mixed v Oakleigh ...Oakleigh had a few state players but as always the Roos were cool calm & collected ! Our boys are rotating with Copes having last night off to let Dean , Micka , Josh & Mitch together with Katie , Kaila & Nellie post another 20 goal victory ...Poetry in motion is what you get when you watch this team play ...They are so fine tuned like a formula 1 race car , you just have to tweak them each week & they bring home the goods ... Now to the game of the night ...Roos V the Vics ...WERRIBEE WINS !! it was a fantastic game with both sides missing a couple of key players ...The girls led from the get go playing some great netball and leading by as much as 8 at 1 stage ...We kept letting them back in with a see sawring game but each time they were within 4 we would accelerate and increase our lead again ...We had 3 of our own play for the opposition and they played well but nothing was going to stop the girls from posting a great victory ...Roos by 4 !!! The campaign is looking good ...Stay calm & relaxed & concentrate on the matter at hand each week & victory will be ours !! Werribee Indoor ...The centre to represent :))
