Extraterrestrial beings are trying tentative communication with earthly beings with cautious attitude. Osifu常说宇宙有尊重规律，正面外星生灵帮助地球人需要得到地球人的认可，负面外星生灵危害地球人也需要得到地球人认可，违背规律者将会受到惩罚。 Osifu often says that there is Law of Respect in the universe. Positive extraterrestrial beings helping earthly beings need to be approved by people on the earth. Negative extraterrestrial beings doing harm to earthly beings need to be approved by people on the earth, too. Those who go against the laws will be punished. 正面外星生灵和负面外星生灵都得到了一部分地球人的许可，所以外星生灵，无论正面外星生灵还是负面外星生灵就要登场了，带给人类的有喜也有忧呀！这是人类自己感召的。 Both positive extraterrestrial beings and negative ones are allowed by part of people on the earth, so extraterrestrial beings, no matter whether they are positive or negatives ones, are going to show up. What they bring human beings has gladness and sadness, which is called forth by human beings themselves. 今天是2013年8月14日，星期三，此时此刻，Osifu觉得应该就外星生灵做些说明。 Today is August 14th, 2013, Wednesday. At this very moment, Osifu thinks that some explanations about extraterrestrial beings should be given. Osifu今天早些时候告诫大家：人类有危机感，各种各样的危机感，其中惧怕外星人入侵也是人类根植于心的集体恐惧，这个问题需要解决。 Osifu exhorted you earlier today that human beings had a sense of crisis, all kinds of sense of crises. One of them is that they are afraid of extraterrestrial humans invading, which is also human collective fear rooted in mind. This problem needs to be solved. 过度渲染邪恶外星生灵，而忽略正面善意外星生灵也是一个圈套、一个陷阱。 Excessively overblowing evil extraterrestrial beings but ignoring positive and kind ones is also a trap and a snare. 人类不可以陷入恐惧，恐惧会让人类失去能量、失去智慧、失去方向、失去能源、失去凝聚力、失去战斗力。 Humans shouldn’t be trapped into fear. Fear will make people lose energy, lose wisdom, lose direction, lose energy sources, lose cohesive force and lose combat power. Osifu说话向来直来直去、简单直白、开门见山，为解决人类的疑惑，关于外星生灵Osifu做以下十点说明： Osifu always speaks in a direct, simple and straightforward way and comes straight to the point. To solve human doubts, Osifu will give the following ten instructions about extraterrestrial beings. 1、外星生灵不一定是人形或人类，他们有多种形态，如各种光明体、球体、水晶体、类似人形态、类似动物形态、龙形、凤形、狮形等，所以称其为外星人是不准确的，Osifu称他们为外星生灵。 1、Extraterrestrial beings are not necessarily human shapes or humans. They have many kinds of shapes such as various kinds of light bodies, spheres, crystal bodies, shapes similar to humans, shapes similar to animals, dragon shapes, phoenix shapes, lion shapes and so on. So it is not accurate to call them extraterrestrial humans. Osifu calls them extraterrestrial beings. 2、外星生灵的存在方式、学习方式、生活方式、修炼方式、繁衍方式、发展方式和人类差别很大。准确的说，人类只是宇宙生灵的一份子，犹如大海中的一滴水，地球只是宇宙中的一粒微尘。 2、The way of existence, study, life, cultivation, reproduction and development of extraterrestrial beings is very different from that of humans. Accurately speaking, humans are just part of cosmic beings like a drop of water in the sea, and the earth is just a grain of dust in the universe. 3、外星生灵的存在目的、学习目的、生活目的、修炼目的、繁衍目的、发展目的和人类差别很大。绝大多数外星生灵的最终目的是为了调整、净化、升华、提升。 3、The purpose of extraterrestrial beings’ existence, study, life, cultivation, reproduction and development is very different from that of humans. For majority of extraterrestrial beings, their final purpose is to adjust, purify, sublimate and ascend themselves. 4、外星生灵居住在宇宙的各个星球包括地球，准确的说宇宙中的每一个星球都有宇宙生灵居住，还有的宇宙生灵并不居住在星球上，而是居住在虚空。更直白地讲，外星生灵并不是像人类那样主要居住在星球表面，他们有的住在星球表面、有的住在星球里、有的住在虚空，这和他们所处的维次、层次、需要、传承、习惯有关。 4、Extraterrestrial beings dwell at different planets in the universe including the earth. Accurately speaking, every celestial body in the universe has its inhabitants. Some extraterrestrial beings don’t live on the planet but in the void. More frankly speaking, unlike the human race who mainly lives on the surface of the planet, some of extraterrestrial beings live on the surface of the planet while some inside of it and some in the void. All of these are related to their dimensions where they locate and their levels, needs, traditions and habits. 5、外星生灵并不是只存在于外星球，地球上有很多外星生灵。停留在地球上的外星生灵远远超过地球人的数量，只不过地球上的外星生灵绝大多数没有肉身，我们无法研究统计而已。地心、沙漠、海洋、森林、天空到处都有大量外星生灵活动，他们在做他们该做的事。 5、Extraterrestrial beings not only exist in the outer planets, but there are many extraterrestrial beings on the earth as well. The number of extraterrestrial beings staying on the earth is far more than that of earthly beings. It is just that most of extraterrestrial beings on the earth have no flesh bodies and we are unable to study and make statistics. The earths core, the desert, the sea, the forest, everywhere in the sky is the activity places for a large number of extraterrestrial beings. They are doing what they are supposed to do. 6、宇宙生灵净化到今天，已经出现了明显的层次化、维次化、等级化、一体化。有的宇宙生灵提出把宇宙生灵智慧水平划分九区九等的想法，这也是为了更好的研究宇宙生灵的需要，Osifu并不同意这种说法，Osifu倡导的是宇宙生灵皆平等。按照这种说法，人类大致处于宇宙生灵智慧水平的中下区。 6、Having been under purification till today, cosmic beings have shown obvious layerization, dimensionization, classification and integration. Some of cosmic beings propose to divide intelligent levels of the cosmic beings into nine regions and nine grades, which is also the need to study cosmic beings better. But Osifu doesn’t agree with this view. What Osifu advocates is that all cosmic beings are equal. According to this view, humans generally lie in middle and lower region of cosmic beings’ intelligent level. 7、地球以及地球人一直以来都是宇宙总体的一部分，从未分离过。宇宙高维次生灵一直高度关注地球及地球人，一直在以各种方式调控地球运行，引领地球文明的发展。 7、The earth and earthly beings have always been part of the whole universe and have never been separated from it. The high dimensional cosmic beings have always been paying close attention to the earth and earthly beings, and have always been adjusting operation of the earth through all sorts of ways and leading development of the earth civilization. 8、宇宙中没有至高无上的主宰者，所有的宇宙生灵都必须无条件的遵循宇宙规律，在宇宙规律面前所有宇宙生灵都是平等的。 8、There is no sovereign dominator in the universe. All cosmic beings must comply with the cosmic laws unconditionally. All cosmic beings are equal in front of the cosmic laws. 9、高维次宇宙生灵只认可并遵循宇宙规律，不存在迷信和造神现象，迷信和造神现象是低智慧的表现，只存在于宇宙智慧中下区及其以下层次。 9、High dimensional cosmic beings only recognize and conform to the cosmic laws. Superstition or phenomenon of creating God doesn’t exist among them. Superstition or phenomenon of creating God is expression of low intelligence, which only exists in middle and lower region of cosmic intelligence level and under. 10、所有的高维次宇宙生灵都在践行宇宙规律，一体同心、齐心协力构建平等宇宙、民主宇宙、自由宇宙、祥和宇宙、平衡宇宙、圆满宇宙。 10、All high dimensional cosmic beings are practicing the cosmic laws and building equal universe, democratic universe, free universe, auspicious universe, balanced universe and perfect universe shoulder to shoulder with one body and one heart. 关于外星生灵需要说明的太多太多了，今天就简单讲以上十点，机缘到了Osifu还会进一步说明的。 About extraterrestrial beings, too much needs to be explained. The ten points above are expounded briefly today and Osifu will give a further instruction when the opportunity comes.
