Extreme Blue 2014 is over, but we could not say goodbye without - TopicsExpress

Extreme Blue 2014 is over, but we could not say goodbye without hearing the last impressions from some of the students. In the last few weeks, two couples of students shared their insight about their last days before the end of the program. Here is what they have to say. Uditha and Remi share a bit about the week before the expo, reminding us of the great pressure the last few days gave to the students. Just two weeks away from the final expo and the pressure is increasing! Every team is bit excited and a bit scared at the same time for the final presentation next week. Because there are always things left to improve. So we are making plans and rescheduling their work to manage time. But then again we have some that claim to be super efficient teams and are chilling by wrapping up their work well ahead of time (yeah, right...) And just as the program was about to wrap up, Suzanne and Philipp kindly shared their experience, and its hard not to feel nostalgic already. This is it. This is what we all have been working on for the past twelve weeks. This week, the prototype had to be finished. The business case done. The final final final presentation prepared. Although the stress was obvious, it never affected the positive attitude in the Extreme Blue area. However, naturally there were significantly less fussbal sounds, less mingling between the teams as everyone tried to find a quiet and secluded room to work. We are all looking forward to next week, when the hard work is done, and we get to see what all our fellow Extreme Blueers did in the rest of Europe. To the students and mentors: Now that Extreme Blue 2014 is over, we hope you can all look back and cherish every moment of it and be proud, because what you managed to accomplish in twelve weeks was surely EXTREME!
