We are looking for qualified individuals to fill the following Positions. Web Content Data Entry Position: Responsibilities: • Extract data from catalogs, PDFs, Excel files supplied by the manufacture and enter data in a Excel database. • Build/modify new and existing web properties. Image manipulation, sizing and formatting for various needs, page layout. • Work with Internet Manager to continuously add new features and develop fresh content. • Help create email blasts and sales flyers and manage social networking sites. • Some photography may be required in this position. • This is an in house hourly position no outside contractors. Pay rate starts at $10.00 an hour. Benefits are available. Skill Requirements / Qualifications: • Must have knowledge of web based, graphic design, and effective site layout. • HS Diploma/GED and must be Fluent in English. • The candidate must be able to type 40 - 50 WPM with high accuracy for alpha and numeric data inputting. • Must be knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Excel. • Knowledge of HTML a plus. • The candidate must be detailed oriented, attentive, organized and able to follow directions. • The candidate must be able to multitask and have outstanding written and oral communication. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of independence, with job responsibilities and priorities. • Maintain a excellent attendance record. Data Entry Position: Responsibilities: • The position includes invoicing customer orders, notifying order status via email to customers. • Downloading phone messages and assisting with incoming phone calls. • Performs other duties or projects as assigned, which may include creating excel spreadsheets, file organization and general filing, etc. • Inventory - cycle reconciliation and inventory maintenance. • This is an entry level hourly position. Pay rate starts between $9.00 and $10.00 an hour depending on experience. Benefits are available.
