Extremely cold tonight in the ATL! Had an amazing new team of volunteers from Canton. We fed and ministered to agood size crowd. Robert, the leader of the team from Canton, shared his testimony and gave an altar-call. Several people came up for prayer and deliverance. We gave away many pairs of warm wool socks, sock-hats, gloves, blankets and a sleeping bag. As we were about to leave, I saw a young man walking by without a hat. Although I was talking with Robert, I sensed the Holy Spirit saying to stop him and give him a sock-hat. So I yelled and asked him if he needed a hat. He yelled back, Yes! I went over and gave him two hats and two pairs of socks. I asked if he needed prayer for anything. He asked to pray hed be delivered from his addiction to Crack. He said he had recently surrendered his life to the Lord, but still had a struggle with that addiction. We shared several passages of Scripture with him, and explained the need, purpose and benefits of the baptism in the Holy Spirit. We then laid hands on him and he received the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues! He was blown away! Thats what I call a divine-appointment!!
