Extremely pissed off in Amsterdam, damn dam, da, d. Fruitless arguement with booking and greedy B&B owner gave us a sleepless night here on SATURDAY!! Just 10 mins arrived late as BA Flight delay, hotel reported to booking as No Show even further cancel both two nights which we paid full fee beforehand. Daylong argued for at least tonites stay. BUT room has gone as booking released our room by publishing this vacancy last night...... Ridiculous
