Eye Dr appointment got cancelled because they overbooked. A touch irritating. However, the absolute WITCH of a women who was throwing herself all over the place because her kids appointments were pushed back two hours really steamed me! Not only did she provide the WRONG phone number when she booked her wretched childrens appointment so when they tried to call her they got a fax machine, she also told the lovely girl at the desk (whos fault it WAS NOT) to stop the attitude or Ill have your job Mother of The Year, lady. Way to teach your kids some patience and respect. People kill me...
