Ezek 22:30...God often causes/allows certain things to happen that serve more than one purpose. For example, He may bless us financially, not only to enrich us, but in order that we may in turn bless others. He may allow tragedy to come into our lives, not only to strengthen our walk, but so that our testimony may inspire others. As I look at the world today and all of its many problems, I am struck by this thought: God IS still on The Throne and still in control...is it possible that a secondary purpose in allowing the things in this world, could be to see WHO will contend for the faith, WHO will stand in the gap, WHO will stand firm against the devil, WHO will persevere until the end???
