Ezekiel 34:28 And they shall no longer be a prey for the nations, nor shall beasts of the land devour them; but they shall dwell safely, and no one shall make them afraid. God is a protector. Our world has its fair portion of traps, tricks and temptations set along the path to hurt us or destroy us. Sometimes you may have a fair idea of where these trouble spots are, at other times you just get hit by situations you had no idea about. For every enemy that rises against you, God has angels on assignment to deliver you. Today, the Lord says: • You shall not be a prey. The Lord is your covering and shield. You are not a weak and unprotected person, God Almighty is with you. • You shall not be devoured. The Lord will not allow the enemy run roughshod over your life to destroy you. • You shall dwell in safety. In a world full of danger and evil schemes, we can dwell in safety. Our safety is in the Lord. • You shall not be afraid. When you discover the conspiracy of the wicked, just lift up your eyes and see the smile on God’s face. He laughs at the plans of the wicked and scatters them to the winds. You will dwell in safety. Go to church. Let God smile on you.
