F💣 F💣 So the precautionary MRI for my ear/vertigo issue actually turned up bad news. I have 2 active lesions in the frontal lobe. So for the non-MSers, what this means is that there is currently a traffic sign in my brain that says MS at Work along with a detour sign because my autoimmune system has decided to start a jackhammer on my neuron pathways! So brain damage is occurring as Im typing. Awesome, right? Hence my F💣s Im currently on steroids to reduce the inflammation and to tell my immune system to stop picking on my pretty brain. (Yup, Im heavily medicated). We are thankful for the ear episode especially since it has nothing to do with my current state. I would have gotten an MRI in September and these lesion would probably no longer be active but would be larger so we caught it early. Ok now Im rambling. We went to the beach today. It was nice to get out. 🌊 Minor set back but we know that Ill come back swinging. No worries!💪💪☺️
