FABL SOCAL RULES & REGULATIONS 1. 10 minutes on the clock per quarter. 2. Clock only stops on the4th quarter if the point deficit is single digit. (If the point deficit is in double digits, the clock will not stop.) 24 second shot clock will apply. 3. Each player is allowed up to 6 personal fouls. 4. Each team will have 4 fouls to give. 5th team fouls for each quarter is automatic 2 free throws (double bonus). 5. Defensive 3 seconds will apply, result of 1 bonus shot (free throw). 6. 8 seconds back court violation. 7. Last 2 minutes of the quarter, if the team is not in penalty yet, teams are allowed 1 foul to give; second team foul will be automatic free throw. 8. Each team is allowed 4 timeouts the WHOLE game. 9. Overtime session: 2 minutes stop clock 24 seconds will apply. Each team will be allowed one time out. Each team is allowed 1 foul to give, 2nd team foul is automatic free throw. 10. Fighting will result to SUSPENSION 11. Teams are consists of FIL/ASIAN 6’ ft lower and teams are allowed to have 1 FIL/ASIAN 6’2 under. (If players exceed 6” ft even slightly, that will automatically count as 6’2 under and you can only have one. 12. 7 players minimum and 10 players maximum per team! 13. Only team players are allowed to sit on the team bench. No fans, friends, etc.
