FABULOUS FREE FRIENDS FAMILY FITNESS FRIDAY..... Coming to you on Friday 5th September. A Thank you to my current Team ParkFit members for your ongoing support and a welcome to anyone new you bring...but FREE for everyone!! See you at Hervines 9.30am Hopefully you will be coming on Wed 3rd this week too @ 9.30am. I know lots of kids still off school, but bring them along to play in park - they need to get used to getting out of bed again! If you havent done anything all summer its time to dust off your trainers, its September now!! I suggest you do a few basic exercises TODAY just to warn your joints and muscles!! ; Warm up of 50 to 100 steps using your bottom stair or just on spot. 10 regular Squats 10 wide leg deep squats 10 squat jumps 10-20 Press Ups 10 side lunges each leg 20 side lunge touch downs (dynamic) 20 Tricep Dips 20 Crunches 10 Back extensions 20 to 60 sec plank Have a good stretch. Alternatively do the 7min workout (google 7min workout). Thats all for now folks. Please share and tell all about Free Fitness Friday. Look forward to seeing you all.
