Bacon contains high amounts of saturated fats and salt. Dogs can’t digest and absorb too much saturated fats and salt, they can cause an upset stomach, vomiting, diarrhea and even pancreatitis. The low in calories food is the best diet for dog because the dog which fed a calorie-limited food will reduce likelihood of developing arthritis. Experts warned that eating just three slices of bacon everyday may increase the risk of bowel cancer by a fifth. So skip the bacon and instead choose unprocessed meat. Bacon is bad for dog whether raw or cooked. No matter how much you dogs love the taste of bacon, don’t feed it when they beg you.
