FACT OF THE DAY: If your Father was a legal US Citizen when you were born, and you have an authentic US Birth Record to prove it, YOU my friend, are a natural born Citizen of the United States of America. You are a natural born Citizen of whatever nation your natural birth Father held his citizenship, at the time of your birth. Where on earth you may have been born, relates only to any naturalized rights which you may have in that country as a result of their native born citizen laws. IF you have a birth record from any other country and not from the USA, YOU ARE NOT A NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE USA. It cant get any easier than that! (Though many lawyers have worked to create a loophole for their favorite politicians) Natural Born Citizenship is a condition that exists in nature, by Natural Law, in no way affected by any man-made statute or amendment. It is an inalienable natural birthright. As such, no legal system has any authority to alter or abolish. All natural rights are those rights which were endowed by our Creator. They are NOT created or governed by any man.
