FACT OF THE DAY: Saturated fats raise HDL (the good) cholesterol and change the LDL cholesterol to a benign subtype This means good HDL from eggs or saturated fats such as Coconut oil actually lowers cholesterol and doesnt make it worse! So stop harping about eggs that they are no good for us! If anything start loading up more on eggs and more on healthy saturated fatty acid foods! Itll do you good! And IN FACT! having a higher HDL level and keeping your LDL (bad cholesterol) levels low, your actually reducing the risk of heart diseases!
