| FACT | . . . a chain is only as strong as its weakest link Undoubtedly, Drivers/ICs are part of the chain that makes Uber. Maximizing revenue/profits at the expense of the Drivers/ICs has resulted in weakening them (ICs) financially/emotionally/psychologically. Therefore, the chain as a whole has become weak and ultimately bound to break. | FACT | In this Industry of ours, there are three main major components always at work (some more than others of course). We consist of a triangle (of three Cs instead of A,B,C), but what kind is it? Well, we have three types (in regards to sides/angles): i. Equilateral Triangle (all 3 sides/angles are equal) ii. Isosceles Triangle (2 sides/angles are equal) iii. Scalene Triangle (no sides/angles are equal) Which are we right now? And which MUST we become to succeed? With Uber & Those like them, were currently either a (ii) or (iii): Whereas, if it is (ii), it is a Triangle where Uber & the Clients have the Equal sides (i.e., sharing/ripping the benefits at the expense/loss of the Drivers). Whereas if it is (iii), then it is a Triangle where Uber obviously has the biggest side, followed by the Clients, while the Drivers are left with the smallest. However, for this partnership(s) to work, we MUST become a (i): Wheras all three Cs (Company, Contractors and Clients) are all treated F A I R L Y and E Q U A L L Y. The Clients pay the value that the service theyre provided with is worth. While the Contractors are paid the value that the service they provide is worth. Eventually the Company makes their profits/commissions at a fair rate from every trip. Without this balance and harmony, chaos and collapse will be inevitable. keywords: change, now
