FACT vs. FICTION As we see the news about murdered officers, reflect on images of people looting & businesses burning in other cities, we should always remember that in Milwaukee over the past several months, whether you agree with the tactics of marching on the streets or highways or not, there has been no violence, no looting, no buildings burning. Just concerned mothers, fathers, sisters, & brothers of all races & ages, students, community organizers, teachers & preachers alike who each want to be heard, Justice to be served and the system to change. So the image of protestors that some are attempting to create as an uncontrollable mob couldnt be more wrong. One could even argue that Milwaukee has had some of the most consistently peaceful protests against police brutality in the nation. My sincere hope is that a day will soon come where the need for such protests will no longer exist. #Truth #Change #Justice #BlackLivesMatter
