Whenever there is a stranger in your street that seems suspicious, pretend that you are taking a photo. (No one wants to make trouble when he knows that there is record of him!) • NEVER open your door for anyone you do not personally know! And please, always keep your front and back door locked! • When walking in the street, make sure to (visibly) notice people without making direct eye contact. • Look around a lot when walking and take a peek in window reflections to see if someone is following you, in case of being followed and there are crowds around confront the person politely with a "Why are you following me?" then throw a scene. If you are alone you must get to where there are people, keep on watching the suspect and if he gains on you start screaming like hell long before he is close! • That whistle in point 4…keep it with you and don’t fear to make a fool of yourself by using it, people will forget your weird act soon but you will never forget being violated, think about that! • Before you go to bed, double check all the doors and windows! • Trust your intuition! • Do not slip into oblivion when you are at home! Your dwelling is your comfort zone and people feel naturally more at ease in their own territory! It is here where you are most vulnerable! • Value your life; you hold a legal right to protect your own life as well as the life of others! (Section 36/Bill Of Rights) • In the event of an armed person/s ordering you to get into their car do not obey, instead run! Once you are in the car you do not stand a chance! His chance of actually hitting (shooting) you while you run is 1 to 300! • Run "zigzag" (scream like hell) and run in the opposite direction of where his car is pointing, if that area is deserted you should cross the street behind the car and run in the direction of people! martialartaza.co.za
