FAFSA Day on Saturday, February 22, 2014 is now open. Most sites will be open from 9:00 a.m. to 12 noon and each site will indicate the hours of operation. Seniors can find the closest FAFSA Day site and register by visiting cfnc.org/fafsaday. The FAFSA is the form required to determine eligibility for financial aid to cover higher education expenses for the 2014-2015 academic year. Financial aid professionals will be at each location to assist families in the line-by-line FAFSA completion. Dependent students (those under 24 years of age) will need to bring at least one parent as financial information is required by both student and parent unless there are special circumstances.
