FAITH IS THE BRIDGE TO SUCCESS That you BELIEVE does not necessarily mean you have FAITH; your belief may be MENTAL ASSENT! The difference? FAITH COMPELS ACTION, mental assent does not! And that little difference separates SUCCESS from failure! MENTAL ASSENT is something you ACCEPT in your HEAD; it sounds GOOD; it makes SENSE; and it is REASONABLE but you do not feel any STRONG EMOTIONAL ATTACHMENT to it. FAITH, on the other hand, is an UNSHAKEABLE CONVICTION that consumes your WHOLE BEING; you feel EMOTIONALLY ATTACHED; and you are COMPELLED TO ACTION that RECOGNISES NO OBSTACLE and will not relent until SUCCESS IS ACHIEVED! Faith brings CONVICTION that does not recognise a contrary view; a CONVICTION THAT CANNOT BE DISUADED. It TAKES OVER your SPIRIT, SOUL and BODY and is unrelenting even in the face of COMPELLING FACTS contradicting it! Faith generates PASSION like nothing else can! It CONSUMES YOUR WHOLE BEING and GENERATES STRONG EMOTIONS that cannot be denied or resisted. It brings to your aid UNSEEN FORCES that will PROPEL YOU TO RESOUNDING SUCCESS. Faith compels ACTION that is PURPOSEFUL and PRODUCTIVE. It helps to MAXIMISE RESOURCES and MINIMISE WASTE. It leads unerringly to RESOUNDING SUCCESS. You remember that "WHATEVER the MIND CAN CONCEIVE and BELIEVE, the MIND CAN ACHIEVE"? Then you can see that FAITH is the BRIDGE that links YOUR DREAM to the REALMS OF REALITY! The PROCESS OF SUCCESS starts with a DREAM. The dream is mixed with FAITH that creates the DECISION to pursue the dream and DETERMINATION to accomplish it. This in turn brings DEDICATION; a commitment to the fulfillment of the dream and concentration of resources on it. This is followed by DISCIPLINE; the need to take control of yourself and do whatever it takes to realise your dream. The final result is PURPOSEFUL ACTION that confronts and overcomes obstacles until SUCCESS IS ACHIEVED. The best that mental assent can achieve is to dream, it cannot generate enough willpower to decide to pursue the dream! It is the reason why most of us dream but rarely decide to act on it!
